名称：虫草花 功效：补血滋阴、兼补肺肾  做法材料： 主料：鸡700克， 配料：虫草19克，龙眼10克，红枣（去核）8-10粒，玉竹20克，枸杞10克 调料：盐 做法： 1.鸡用清水洗净，虫草和其它配料用温水洗净；红枣去核。 2.把红枣、虫草和玉竹，龙眼肉，枸杞等齐放入鸡腹内，再放入煲内。 3.用清水1500ml，小火煮约3小时，加入盐便可食用。
